Terms & Conditions
These terms cover your use of freshplaybook.com, purchases you make on it, and the FreshPlaybook SMS reminder program. Consulting engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.
1. Using this site
You may use this site to learn about FreshPlaybook, book a strategy call, sign up for email updates, and opt in to SMS reminders. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, or submit someone else's contact details without their permission.
2. Booking a call
Calls are booked through Cal.com. A booking is a request for a conversation, not a contract for services. Either side can reschedule or cancel using the links in the confirmation email. Providing a mobile number is optional and is never required to book.
3. SMS reminder program
Program name: FreshPlaybook strategy call reminders.
Sender: FreshPlaybook, from a US toll-free number.
- How you opt in. By ticking the SMS consent box on freshplaybook.com/sms or on our booking form and submitting your mobile number. The box is never pre-ticked. Consent is not a condition of booking a call or of any purchase.
- Message types. Booking confirmation, a reminder 24 hours before the call, a reminder 1 hour before the call with the meeting link, and a notice if the call is rescheduled or cancelled. We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this program.
- Message frequency. Up to 4 messages per booked call. Frequency depends on how many calls you book.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.
- Opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will get one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts. You can also email hello@freshplaybook.com.
- Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email hello@freshplaybook.com.
- Coverage. US and Canadian mobile numbers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. Your mobile number and consent are used only for this program and are not shared with third parties for marketing. See the Privacy Policy.
4. Email updates
If you subscribe by email, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by emailing us.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
What we sell and the current price are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. A membership renews every month on the date you joined until you cancel, and cancelling stops the next charge. You can cancel at any time by replying to any email from us, and you can ask for a refund within 14 days of a purchase. If a price changes, we email members at least 14 days before the new price applies.
6. Content and intellectual property
The content on this site belongs to FreshPlaybook unless stated otherwise. You may share links to it. You may not copy or republish it commercially without written permission.
7. No warranties
The site and the SMS program are provided as they are. We try to keep reminders accurate and on time but cannot guarantee delivery. Always check your calendar invitation for the confirmed time.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, FreshPlaybook is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or the SMS program. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
