What can you derive from it?

1. Headcount growth and attrition by function and geography from Count, Inflow and Outflow. 2. Hiring intent: new postings by Mapped_role and Remove_date to measure open roles and time to fill. 3. Talent flows: Transitions show which competitors a company hires from and loses to. 4. Layoffs: WARN notices with post and effective dates. 5. Sentiment shifts: review ratings trending down ahead of attrition.

How would a GTM team use it?

1. PE screen: companies with sales and engineering headcount growing faster than peers in a NAICS. 2. Revenue trigger: start outreach when a company's postings for a function your client serves (e.g. RevOps, security) jump month over month. 3. Competitive watch: weekly inflow and outflow between a client and named competitors. 4. Diligence: verify a target's headcount, attrition and salary cost from Workforce Dynamics. 5. Market map: employers by region and role mix for a staffing client.

What are the caveats?

Not a native Clay integration as of 2026-10-17 (checked against Clay's integrations catalog). Can be called through Clay's HTTP API column where an API exists. Headcounts are estimates from public profiles, adjusted for sampling; gender and ethnicity are modelled probabilities, not records. Postings measure intent, not hires. Company matching to RCID can split or merge entities. Partial overlap: Clay already offers Coresignal, People Data Labs, Theirstack and Companies People and Jobs for headcount and job-posting signals; Revelio adds modelled flows, salaries, transitions and sentiment history.
